Who we are

This site is operated by Touch of Yetty Limited, 478 Great Cheetham Street, Salford, M7 4TW. Using the site or booking with us means you accept these terms.

Orders and pricing

Prices include VAT where applicable and exclude delivery unless stated. We try to keep everything accurate, but if an item is listed at the wrong price we will contact you before dispatch and you can confirm or cancel.

Your order is accepted when we send the dispatch confirmation, not when you pay. We may decline an order and refund you in full.

Product descriptions

Hair is a natural product. Texture, density and colour vary slightly between batches, and screens show colour differently, so small variation from the photographs is normal and is not a fault.

Lengths are measured when the hair is straight. Curly and wavy textures will measure shorter when they are not stretched.

Appointments

Appointments are held by a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer at the appointment. Full booking terms, including lateness, rescheduling and what to send us beforehand, are on the book page and form part of these terms.

We can decline or stop a service where the hair supplied is unsuitable, unclean, or where continuing would damage your hair or scalp.

Training courses

Course places are held by a deposit. Our certificate of completion is our own and is not a regulated qualification.

Course materials are for your own use and may not be reproduced or resold.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity that happens under your login. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

Our content

Photographs, text and design on this site belong to us. Please do not reuse them commercially without asking. We usually say yes.

Liability

Nothing here limits your statutory rights, or our liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Beyond that, our liability is limited to what you paid for the item or service in question.

You must tell us about allergies and previous chemical treatments before a colour service. We patch test, but we cannot be responsible for reactions where relevant history was not disclosed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
