It takes about two minutes. Everything below is the whole process – there is nothing else to arrange once your slot is confirmed.

Fitting hair you bought elsewhere? Get it to us a week ahead so there is time to prep it.

Before you book
The policy worth reading
Please read these terms before securing an appointment. Booking confirms that you accept them.
Booking and payment
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer at your appointment.
Late arrivals
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arriving more than 15 minutes late incurs a £15 late fee. At 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled.
Rescheduling
Please reschedule at least 72 hours before your appointment. A transferred deposit can only be used for a new appointment within the same month.
Same-day and out-of-hours bookings
Same-day appointments may be available; message us to confirm. Appointments before 9am or after 5pm carry a £15 out-of-hours charge.
Drop-offs
Posting or dropping off your wig or lace to the address in your booking email is advised for a faster appointment. You may also bring it with you.
Clean hair
All hair, wigs and lace must be washed and clean before posting, dropping off or bringing them to your appointment.

Getting here
Free street parking outside and on the roads either side. The 93 and 135 buses stop a two minute walk away.
Questions
Before you ask
The things we get messaged about most. If yours is not here, send us a message and we will answer it properly.
Do I have to buy the hair from you?
No. We fit hair from anywhere. Send it over a week before your appointment so we can check it and prep it. If it is not going to work we will tell you before the day rather than on it.
How long does an install last?
A frontal or closure install sits well for two to three weeks before it wants refreshing. A sew in will go eight to ten weeks. Booking a wash and maintenance slot in between makes a real difference.
Can I bring my daughter or a friend?
You are welcome to bring one person with you. The studio is small, so let us know beforehand if it will be more than that.
What if I need to cancel?
Deposits are non-refundable. To reschedule, give at least 72 hours notice; the deposit can only be moved to another appointment within the same month.
Do you do home visits?
For bridal and events, yes – we will come to you and work around your photographer. For everything else it is studio only, because the setup travels badly.
I want colour. Is there anything to do first?
Yes, a patch test at least 48 hours before the appointment. It takes five minutes and we can do it when you drop your hair off.
Is there parking?
There is free street parking on Great Cheetham Street and the roads either side. It is busiest late afternoon, so leave a few extra minutes for a weekday evening slot.
Can I buy a wig and have it fitted the same day?
Yes. Order the unit from the shop and book an install for the same date – just leave us a note on the booking so we set it aside and prep it for you.
